By now we’ve all seen a gazillion infographics about Pinterest and how fast it’s growing.  The folks at Tamba have put together an infogrphic showing the influence Pinterest has on social media commerce and the numbers are pretty interesting.

By the end of 2012 Pinterest will account for 40% of all social media purchases while Facebook will have fallen to 60% and Twitter dropped off the radar all together.

Buyers referred from Pinterest are 10% more likely to buy something and spend, on average, 10%more than buyers referred from other sites.  See for yourself.
